did you put the net framework up to date with windows update that asp.net in the yellow screen refer to this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ASP.NET also that is the link for the exact driver you need http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/legacy/Pages/legacy-radeonaiw-vista64.aspx
