hello guys,
I got AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ dual core processor
Since hot days started i got problem with overheating, cpu temp is 55-60c idle during day and 45-55c during night. Load temp during day 90c+, at night if am lucky below 70c. I have cleaned and apply new thermal paste several times in case i did something wrong, but nothing had effect in reducing cpu temp.

could any of u guys tell me what i should do to lower cpu temp?

Solution
well first of all if you have space for an intake fan at the front of the case then you should take one of the 2 fans and set it up there. if it doesn't then you have to set it at the side there probable should be some space for it. you probably just have to flip it, then screw i in plac. if still no good results then you might need a new cooler.

also can you download programs like core temp/ speed fan and check the temp reading's on those. i really don't know sbout the accuracy of piriformspeccy

I did not overclock it, i believe it would instantly kill this processor.
airflow is bad 2x 80mm fans on back of pc case throw-out hot air

thanx for quick answers, am gonna add more fans, but could u tell me what cooler would fit? i have
Gigabyte M61PME-S2 (Socket M2) motherboard. Also i did get ATI AMD Radeon HD 6450 graphics card few months ago, could that increase cpu temp?

speedfan show lower temps and less temp jumps, buts still its hot..

first of all you should try the case fan's first. its not like the stock one stopped working. if you want to overclock though then CM hyper 212 evo is a good choice. you can overclock the hell outta that CPU with this cooler.

also the new card somewhat decreases the CPU temp as per my experience.i run on a 945GC based board with intel GMA 950 (a very shitty iGPU) with a c2de4500 @2.2Ghz. i installed a Geforce 7100GS (almost as shitty as my igpu) and i saw about 5-10C decrease in my temps.
