For 8 dollars above your budget, you can get this card. It is much more powerful and has much faster GDDR5 memory that matters quite a lot to performance.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Video Card: XFX Radeon HD 6670 1GB Video Card ($68.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $68.98
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

But if you want to stick to your budget, then this is the card you should go for. It is a pretty good card for the price, but the above one is better as it has GDDR5 memory.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 6670 1GB Video Card ($53.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $53.98
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Anyways either card should be able to play that game without problems. But you should get the GDDR5 version. That would be better.

I'd go with the 6670 (DDR5 version) if your budget allows it.

Nope.. It is an old card and it sucks by today's standards. So better just throw that card miles away from your "To Buy" list.

The 6670 is like many times more powerful than the 8400GS.

This was the only benchmark I was able to find between these two cards and I believe that this benchmark in itself is self explanatory.

Anyways here is also the specs comparision between the two, if you prefer. But benchmarks are the real thing and they are above.

I hope this helps in your decision of the card. Have fun :)

Yep, the 6670 will be like 10 times faster than that old 8400GS (if you can find one, this card is like from 10 years ago or something, they don't make it anymore so you were probably looking for a used one I presume).

Also, check for the DDR5 version of the 6670, it costs maybe 10$ more than DDR3 versions but the memory throughput is twice as fast.
