ok i fixed back to original again! have no ideia why it was underclocked!
Anyway i want to find out if its gpu botlleneck severe due to the cpu!
Because i cant play sc2 hots on low settings 1280x1024 with more then 50+ constant fps...
And some other games...
But in some like TomB raider or Devil may cry 3 I can have all on Max and runs steady +70 frames per second

My feeling is that if it bottlenecks that card, it will be only by a small margin, so I'd say go ahead and buy it. Even if the card runs to 80% or 90% of its potential, it will still be a huge performance increase for you (although I don't know what you're currently using as a GPU).

Sorry I was under the assumption you were shopping for the card. That's very strange, because your CPU isn't that bad, and that GPU should be overkill for SC2, especially if you use a very low resolution like 1280x1024.

Can you give use your full system specs please? The bottleneck could be somewhere else. Or it could be a software problem, drivers corruption, etc...

But as jinayhvora already asked, did you try the game again since you fixed your CPU speed? I know SC2 is more dependent on the CPU than the GPU, so the fact it was underclocked was probably hurting you a lot for this game.

So does anyone see anything that can help on that?
Or do i have to make some sort of attachment?
Its that i see the benchmarket for this video card and it plays almost all games 1920x1080 on hight setting at 40\60 frames with tessalation v sinc...
But if tesselation is off and sincronization with goes up with no AA...To like 100+ fps...
On medium settings with some hight...
Im confused

which makes sad...cuz i had a gt 240 1 gg and i could run sc2 hots at 60 fps on early game but 40\35 at late game.Everything on low
And with this video card it starts the game with 100 fps with everything on low setting and mid game 50\40 fps \late game always 30\40

Did you uninstalled and reinstalled your drivers when you changed cards? Even if both are nvidia, the GT 240 doesn't use the same drivers as the GTX-760 if I'm not mistaken.

You could add more RAM if you got a 64-bit OS. You could also flash your BIOS to latest version it often helps with hardware issues.

But I have a feeling it could be a software problem, drivers corruption, etc... If you can't fix it you could do full Windows reinstall (format + clean install).

Also I just saw that you got the 4GB version of that card, why? This is for 3 monitors setup or for extremely high resolutions. If you only play in 1080p, 2GB is more than enough. It might not be too late to return it and exchange it for a 2GB model and you'd save 50$.

Still it seems overkill for me to go with a 4GB. Future proof doesn't exist, chances are by the time you'll really need these 4GB it will be time to change your GPU anyways. And you can't really SLI because it takes a lot more resources on the CPU, so it's true that it will become a bottleneck then, it's ok to run one of these cards but not two. 2GB is more than enough for 1920x1080. For instance, my monitor is 1920x1200 and I only have 1GB on my GPU and I never ran into memory problem so far.

But back on topic, what do you mean you "installed in two hard drives"?
