I have my i5 3570k running at 4.7Ghz at 1.2V with a Thermalright AXP-140 RT cooler. I get 83°C with Intel burn test max on the 3rd core and 68 max in Battlefield 3 and Crysis 3 with an average of 60°C and 61°C respectively. Are these temperatures fine or should I aim for lower temperatures? 4.5Ghz at 1.09v got 67 max in Intel burn test so should I rather run it at that clock?

Lower temperatures are better. I would go with the 1.09V @ 4.5Ghz. Try to keep it under or around 60C when under a load.

if you wanna have lower temps at that 1.2V
