So i have a reference edition MSI R7970 then i bought a Sapphire OC Boost 7970 later on. When i install the Sapphire OC Boost card i noticed in Afterburner that the stock settings were 1174mv for the core clock and 1000mhz for the memory. Now the original MSI card was obviously at 925mhz. So i'm wondering what is the best way to go about overclocking these cards. Right now they're running fine but there's gotta be a way to make them faster. Or can i even do that?
Right now i matched the settings in Afterburner so both cards are at 1000mhz and 1425mhz memory. But i'm wondering about the voltage. Should i keep the original card at the stock voltage or change it to the Sapphire stock voltage which is 1174mv?

P.S. - Yes both sliders are at +20%.

So Kombuster it is. The original reference card i don't feel was a good overclocker although i was new at overclocking video cards and didn't know what the max safe voltage for the card was. I was afraid to take it above 1200mv. I'm still wondering what is a reasonably safe voltage i can take both cards too....
