You can always find a list of supported Memory at the Support Site for any motherboard. It would probably make more sense to simply buy supported RAM and sell your current RAM rather than replace the motherboard.
It would be a huge hassle trying to find a supported motherboard as you'd have to look at the list for each motherboard and there's no guarantee it would be on any list.
Most RAM tends to work though if you play with the settings or in some cases upgrade the motherboard BIOS. Here's the MSI list of confirmed memory:

Troubleshooting your RAM:
1. Update motherboard BIOS
2. CPU to default settings
3. RAM to LOWEST FREQUENCY supported (just to test)
4. Try one stick and make sure it's in the supported slot (see motherboard manual).
