Can I use an already used OEM Windows 7 copy on a new harddrive?

I'm planning on buying an SSD soon, and I was wondering if I would have to get another copy of windows 7 with it. I will not be changing the mobo/cpu from which the W7 copy was originally installed on. Thanks!

You're probably OK. It may need activation via the phone robot, but it should work.
  2. I don`t see a problem, it should work fine.
Like you say if you changed the mobo and cpu it would require you to get another copy of windows
