When you post an answer, there will be the list of commands (Bold, Strike, etc) One of those should have an image of a flower in a picture next to the Link button. Click the picture and enter the URL of the picture you need to post.

Example. Also you can type [ img ] insert url here [ /img ]
Remove the spaces between the brackets.
