My build:
CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 (with packaged cooling only)
GPU: Integrated HD 2500
PSU: Corsair 500Watts (I think this is more than enough, right?)
RAM: 8 GB Corsair Vengeance Blue
Motherboard: Asus P8-H77-I
Memory: 500GB Western Digital Caviar Blue
Case: Bitfenix Prodigy (with 2 installed fans)

Here is the problem:
I have also built everything and installed Windows 8 and all the drivers. I am using my 24inch Google Sony HDTV (1080p, 60Hz) as my monitor. I have plugged in my Monster HDMI cord into the HDMI port in the motherboard and into the tv....I used the BIOS to select Integrated GPU Boost since the Intel HD 2500 came with the i5. I have selected the screen refresh rate to 60Hzp, color 32bit, and resolution of 1080p. However, the screen still looks like it is not sharp enough. I mean the interface looks clear but when I go to YouTube via Chrome and select a 720p or 1080p video and set it to full screen, it is all pixelated and looks terrible. What do you think is causing this? Is the Intel HD 2500 too weak to render 1080p video on screen? I seem to have a good picture on the start page and desktop but not on YouTube, what might be the problem? The tv or the system? Please, help. I would like to know the opinion of a specialist....

Also, if I click on the YouTube Windows 8 app, when it opens it tells me I need to download a Flash Payer via Adobe, I don't know how to do that since Windows 8 supposedly has compatibility issues since flash is already installed in Chrome and Explorer....

Do reinstall flash, videos won't play without it. Also try changing your 32bit color to 16bit color. Your display may not be compatible with it.

I'm sorry but, I think it's because you're using a HDTV as your monitor. There is massive difference IMO between a monitor screen and a TV Screen. I've found Images always look better on the monitor. I noticed because TV's tend to have a lower response time, they blur a bit. Does it look this way when you watch a DVD or Blu-Ray, or is it only with youtube? If it's not the TV, it's possibly the graphics.

Check the windows display settings first (make text larger or something like that), adobe will install & run in desktop mode only. Open you tube there and it will use it.

Only Blu-ray 1080p video could keep pretty sharp in HDTV screen, because every pixel is enlarged on HDTV screen compared w/ monitor but videos in Youtube is zipped and even in 1080p its quality is greatly reduced and therefore it couldn't keep so sharp on TV screen. Except playing intensive games, otherwise HD 2500 has no problem rendering video streams.

No my Sony HDTV is stellar it is crystal clear on dvd and bluray and even the Windows 8 start screen...however, when I used my browser it starts losing the sharpness and when I select 1080p on a youtube video it gets all pixelated when I play it at full screen. Its really weird...
