Nvidia And Ati Radeon Same board?

Running windows 7-64bit, i found a Ati-Radeon x1900 and i wanted to make it my physx card. i have a Asus p8z77-v-lx- motherboard,And the main graphics card im running right now is a EVGA GTX 680.
Does anyone know if this can be done without to much hassle? email light01@live.com or reply here please and thanks!!:D

ATI cards can't run physx. Only Nvidia cards, and you'd want a stronger equivalent card anyway.

First of all Radeon cards cannot run Physx.
Secondly that is really really old so it can't run much modern things.

You could run more monitors though may run into driver conflicts being so old. It also only has up to vista drivers so may not work. But yes, pretty much useless.

Not super useful. I would personally hold onto it though.

A spare card is nice to have for troubleshooting.
