Is my gaming computer build good?

So I am planning on building a budget PC ($500-600) and these parts were chosen for me by a friend:

CPU: Intel Pentium G2120 3.1GHz Dual-Core Processor ($66.98 @ Outlet PC)
Motherboard: ASRock H61M-DGS Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($44.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Wintec Value 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($29.00 @ Amazon)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon HD 7850 1GB Video Card ($139.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Silverstone PS08B (Black) MicroATX Mid Tower Case ($29.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Antec 450W ATX12V Power Supply ($38.18 @ Amazon)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($89.98 @ Outlet PC)
Monitor: AOC e2251Swdn 60Hz 22.0" Monitor ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $599.09

Will this build allow me to play upcoming games such as Battlefield 4 with decent FPS?

That build is pretty sturdy, you should be fine for a few years. BF3-4 will both play low-med with 30 fps.
