Can some other person use my ip adress. And misuse it. My computer has been blocked. Message on the screen sayes, You are accused of viewing /storage and /or dissemination of banned pornography(child pornography/zoophilia/rape etc.) You have violated world declaration on non-proliferation of child pornography.

Other people on your home network would be using the same IP adress, although it is possible that if you turned your modem off and then on any time recently it was assigned an IP that has the black mark on it.
Is it just the one website thats throwing this up or is it completely blocked from internet access? If its completely blocked, you will have to ring up your ISP to remove it.
