Alright dude, I made two builds. A 545$ build and a 600$ build. The reason I made a 600$ one is because you can see more performance in it for only 55$ extra. These builds will be able to play all the games you want and are also very upgrade able. Now to give you a rough estimate of how good the pc is, I can tell you that it can play battlefield 3 ( a high end game in terms of graphics ) at max settings at around 30 fps which is playable. Now for the games you want to play this pc should have no problem handling them at max settings.

600$ build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1qDjM

Now one last thing to explain to you. The links I sent you are the part lists. To order those parts for those prices...

Hey dude!! I will walk you through the process of building your very first gaming pc. First I would like to know your country ( for pricing ), your budget and the games you would play. I will teach you the basics and hopefully you can evolve from there.

Alright. So first let me teach you something. A computer requires several parts to work like the cpu, gpu and motherboard. Those 3 components are the most vital parts in gaming, because the gpu is where most of your framerate comes from. And the cpu is where your speed is and the motherboard holds all this together and keeps everything operating. Now I am not going to answer for around 5-10 minutes cause I am making a build for you. After I make it and send you the part list you can ask me questions and I will explain how the parts work and how you can put it all together. Btw what games ae you gonna play.

This build should run most modern games on medium-high settings or better.
