Hard Drive Problem?

Hey guys, I recently got a new computer. I have been using my old hard drive. I have been getting some windows 8 errors, and I froze once. I tested my hard drive on HDD Scan. Here is what I got:

Your drive has 274 (= 0x112) bad sectors. I would consider replacing it, or at least relegate it to storing unimportant data.

I'm not sure about the significance of the Hardware ECC Recovered errors, but the UltraDMA CRC Errors only amount to 2, and they reflect a minor problem with the SATA interface, so I wouldn't be too concerned.

But that's just my opinion. Others may junk the drive altogether.

Thanks for the reply, I will probably get a new drive all together, I don't have too many important files on it anyway.
