I like it, but a few suggestions would be to use the 8350 over the 8150 and I would use a HD7870 over the 650 Ti Boost, the 7870 is the same price and I think its around %50 faster. Just pick your favorite manufacturer. As for having two SSDs... I think that 240GB total would not be enough for downloading a lot of movies. I thought 750GB would be enough for me and I've had my 750GB HDD in my laptop for about 3 months and I've used ~400GB. If you were thinking about putting the 2 SSDs in a RAID 0 config that would be a bit overkill for me, its personal preference for the most part, but I would rather have 1 SSD and a 2TB drive than 2 SSDs in RAID 0. That part is up to you, but definitely go for the HD7870 and the FX8350. Just be sure that your case can fit the 7870 its a pretty long card. Otherwise everything else looks good. Wait for a second opinion after me just to be sure, I hope I didn't miss anything.

PS you forgot to add in a motherboard.
