fan replacement help

i need some help with my fans i'm wanting to overclock my pc a little and i wanna make sure that the graphics card and the cpu stay cool so i currently have 4 fans in my case which is a haf x full tower i have 1 230mm on in front of case
2 200mm on the top of case and 1 140mm fan behind the radiator my question is
what fans can i upgrade to that will provide better cooling links would be awesome please
i'm also wanting to add 1 140mm fan on the front of my radiator too help pull the heat out

err your cpu fan would be more important :/ change that instead.

Also i wouldn't replace any of the case fans. Add more if you want, but don't replace. It will be a waste of money.

Btw no one can see your pics.

is this better ?
i know my cpu fan is important thats why i wanted too add and extra fan to the front side of my radiator that way if i put 2 fan there it will help with the heat
