I want to buy a monitor 22''.i like 2 model. which one is good, plz suggest.
LG 21.5 inch LED Monitor (E2242TC)
Dell S2240M LED 21.5 inch Monitor

both are the same, get which one is cheaper or which looks better to you, i guess neither is IPS, right?

IPS= In Plane Switching, it's a type of display panel which is currently considered the best type of panel, if ur monitors have IPS it will be mentioned in the specs
