Hi. I'm looking for a new laptop for college (the one I have now is a 6 year old Vaio CR laptop) The thing is, I don't know what I should do.

Should buy Ivy bridge laptop, or wait until It arrives here?

I'm in Indonesia, anyway, and the only haswell laptop that's readily available here is HP envy touchsmart 15, (Core i7 4700HQ, GT740, 8gb RAM...but 768p screen)

help!

Since you already have a laptop to use, I would say wait for Haswell. You will have a much better graphics processor and longer battery life. And you could wait and see what Hawell Ultrabooks can do.
