Am using WD My Passport Hard Drive Am having Some problems.When was pluged my hard drive always showing format after formatting still the problem exists. Any can assist me

If its under warranty, send it in.

if its not you can remove the drive inside it and try mounting it internally to your pc or into another external enclosure and see if you can access the drive that way.

Until then there is no easy way to tell if the problem is the house (that has the usb to sata bridge) or the harddrive itself.
