So as i was using my PC there was this static sound for a second and everything froze with the keyboard and mouse.
Turned it off and tried booting it up, didn't work. A day later and still doesn't work.
The fans are working, usb port is working, dvd drive is working, and power light is on.
Already tried clearing out the CMOS, reseated the ram, motherboard beeped when there was no ram so its ok, and tried unplugging almost everything in the motherboard...
Still just a black screen(monitor not turning on/no signal - blinking light).
