I have Dell GX755 i have some problem in that system that my fan generate lots of sound so i ignore that but after some days system turn off automatically without giving any notice or error no blue screen comes now every time i open my system this problem occurs. my system also show orange light when click on power button but we push it 2 or 3 time it will set to green light i have also clean my system and change power supply to check weather power is ok also changed all cables and also remove all new hardware but problem not solved please tell me what is the problem.

Solution
At the age of your computer, I would suggest replacing the CMOS battery on the motherboard, that may solve your issues - or at least check that it is providing 3v

Thanks for replying i have changed CMOS Bettery not pc boots and running normal but fan creating lot of noise please give me solution for this
Thanks

Also by going by the age of your machine I'd be inclined to believe it is the PSU fan that is running loud - you can listen through a paper towel tube to isolate the noise area - if it is the PSU making the noise it would be because it is beginning to work harder to supply the same amount of amperage to the machine and would be an indication that failure will come soon and you would probably want to look to budget one soon - if it is coming from a different area, let me know but I'm really leaning toward the PSU here

I have changed the Power Supply also to check but my processor fan is very loud.

Okay, I'll recommend replacing the thermal compound on the heatsink - Arctic Silver 5 is an effective and popular compound. The old thermal compound would need to be cleaned off (alcohol works) before the new application. Starting here (page 4) this is a good article IMO for how-to http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/How-To-Correctly-Apply-Thermal-Paste/274/4 there are also quite a few videos on Youtube (of various quality)

Heat does not seem to be an issue here. I'm going to suggest unplugging your hard drive and attempting to boot (should get a message "no boot device found") but mainly, see if the machine stays on while at that screen
You say you've replaced the PSU, what is the make and model of the new PSU?

Dear i have done what you say i have remove hard drive and run pc it says no boot device found as you say. but here i notice my pc runs normally it doesnt restart it is running normally without hardrive and an i did one thing i press f5 to diagnose pc when hardisk comes to diagnose pc restarts. and here i have swell to say that i have change my fan but my fan noise is not gone it is continously running so fast. and as you ask my new psu manufacturer and model it is :
Manufacturer: Dell
Model:N305E-00

just to clarify, was the diagnostics run with the hard drive connected or was the hard drive still disconnected then

when hard drive connected.

Okay, that narrows things down a bit but leaves two possibilities; 1) The hard Drive may be faulty or, 2) the SATA controller may be faulty.
If the hard drive is the issue a replacement hard drive should fix things, if the SATA controller (which is on the motherboard) is the issue, replacing the motherboard would seem to be the answer
I'm leaning toward hard drive failure here
