Hello guys!

My old graphics card (a NVIDIA GT 6600) broke and I've been looking for a new one. I'd like to buy a NVIDIA GT 630, but I'm not sure my curent motherboard supports it. The motherboard I own is an old ASRock 4CoreDual-SATA2 R2.0.

Basically, my question is: does a PCI Express 2.0 Video Card work with a PCI Express Graphics slot (@ x4 mode).

Sorry for my newbie question! Thank you!

P.S.: Here are the specifications of the motherboard and the video card I'm willing to buy:

Your board will support any modern pci e card. The 630 is very low end and, IMO, a waste of money. If you can spring for $100, get a Radeon HD 7750 - it is the fastest card you can get that does not require additional power connections.

+1 to the HD 7750 ( best Card that does not require PCI-e Cable and it consume only 55 max )
