Solution
The motherboard is quite nice with an 8 phase, max 32Gb of RAM and it should work with your CPU.

I don't think your CPU will bottleneck the 7950 fortunately, and your case seems to be well ventilated.

The Seagate Barracuda is a VERY popular HDD and will work fine!

Your PSU is 700w and is more than needed (only a little), and maybe you could save a LITTLE money getting a 650w one

I've updated my parts list, thanks.
Now can someone please offer me some advice & suggestions on my parts of choice and whether they'll work together.

Thanks a lot. Can I just ask you to elaborate please? I just don't fully understand this sentence you posted.

Sure.

1. The motherboard is better for overclocking and you can upgrade your RAM to 32gb

2. Your CPU won't decrease the performance of your 7950 since it's new.

3. The HDD you got is good

4. The PSU is more than you need but very good

Thanks, I did realise that. Silly mistake to be honest, well spotted.
