Hi, my PC is currently as follows
Antec One
Corsair CX600
AMD Phenom II X4 B55 3.4ghz
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
Asus M4A88t-m mATX mbd
8GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3
Asus Radeon HD 7850 1GB
1TB WD Green +300GB Drive
I want my next upgrade to be of the CPU and motherboard, then a 120GB SSD to store the OS.
I would like to know what motherboard, CPU and SSD to get regarding future releases, warranties and power consumption. I always seem to buy upgrades for my PC and the next day a deal comes out or a new part is released or prices come down. So I'm thinking of something I can have for a while. My budget is around 180 or 190 pounds for the CPU and motherboard and around 80 for the 120Gb SSD. I was thinking of the FX-6300 for the CPU but I've recently wanted to start using intel because of the low power consumption (quite important for me) and the amount of guides on the internet and in magazines to get the most performance out of them. So ideally Intel. I do a lot of gaming (mainly Deus Ex Human Revolution) and encoding videos with handbrake. I'm also interested in trying overclocking as I haven't before. I know this is a lot but thanks.
