If you are not planning to add a GPU, get the best A series chip you can. Try to get an a6 at least.
The g2010 is a better CPU but it doesn't have good on board graphics. What games are you trying to play?

i need nfs most wanted 2012 ,nfs hot pursuit 2010 ,nfs the run ,prince of Persia 2008,Prince Of Persia forge ton sands etc
My question is most wanted 2012 ,hot persuit 2010 will work on G2010 without graphics card ?
or can i go with g2010 with low end graphics card like Zotak with NVDIA G610 Graphics ?

A gt610 is junk. Worse than integrated video.
The g2010 is not going to play those games even at low settings with no GPU.
The a4 chip will probably play them at low settings comfortably because it has a (decent but not great) GPU built in. The CPU itself is much worse than the g2010 though. I would wait ans save up more money. What is your total budget for the system?

But with no GPU, it will not be able to play those game while the APU will run them at lowest settings.

Not really. Your best bet is to get the best APU you can. Either way, you will be struggling for low settings in the newer games. Try your hardest to get an a6 chip.

The 4100 is junk but the 4300 is alright. It will not play games without a GPU though. Your best bet is an APU. The best one you can afford.
go with APU man. all the FX, phenom and athlon's available have not integrated GPU meaning with a dedicated gfx card you can't see anything in the monitor, let alone play games. your best bet is an APU. so you should save money for an A6-A8 APU.

No. he want to do programming and a celeron would be awful for that. Plus that GPU will only play games as well at the APU. (lowest settings)
