windows 8 restarts when booting up

hello,
i have windows 8.
when i boot my computer up it loads al the hardware.
then it goes to the loading windows part it goes straight to system restore
it loads for a bit then it just reboots and starts over again.

i haven't made any hardware or software changes.
not even one download

i whent to my family (before i was just playing games without trouble) my pc was on one night(it wasn't online) and when i got home i wanted to play a game and this happens,
anyone knows what the problem is?:??:

I reformatted the otherhdd and got the others out IT WORKED
but now I have a question,
can I repair my win8 with a recovery disc?

Check all bios settings. Boot order and etc. Reformat the HDD, re-install windows 8. I know it is a pain in the ass because you lose a lot of info but chances are, it is one of if not the only option.

okay i'm gonna refarmat the hdd and pick de windows 8 hdd out if that not gonna work i'm gonna reinstall

and xp doesn't work anymore :( when I startup my pc it goes back to the last installation tab
now when I put the disk in it starts installing and then it restarts
when I tried to install from a usb(bootable)
it restart when it has to load the bootable usb
