You will have to do a repair installation of Windows using your disc. What has happened that you have lost the boot sector of your drive? This is usually the resulting condition of someone trying to clone a Windows installation to another disc, and then trying to use is as a boot disc. Or, you have done an install improperly with another version of Windows already installed on another drive in the system.
