I think it might bottleneck them a little bit, but nothing too drastic. Even if you get 80% or 90% of these cards potential, it will still be a significant boost in performance for you (although I'm not sure what you're upgrading from).

I agree with JackNaylorPE, with the release of the new GTX-760 it's clearly the best bang for the bucks right now at the 250$ price point. Cool & quiet card also. AMD will most probably re-adjust their prices and release new products in the upcoming month. But if I would have to buy today, I'd go with the GTX-760.

Or if you really want to stay in the Radeon family, the 7950 at 250$ isn't a bad choice at all. AMD might have started to lower their prices already, because I don't remember seeing the 7950 selling for so low, last time I checked that card was selling for 300$.
