So, I was browsing in newegg to check out some desktops I'd like to buy and noticed 1 at a fair price of 800$. But then I noticed that the power supply is kind of weak... It's only 400W. Here is the link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227480.

And my last question is will the i5 4670K bottle neck a gtx 780?

SR-71 is right.
The PC itself looks o.k., but the PSU isn't even 80+ certified, it is made by/sold under the name of APEX. On this link:

It's in the bottom tier, tier 5, under the heading "NOT RECOMMENDED". Replace ASAP.
A disaster looking to happen. Yes, some last quite awhile, others give up the ghost very early in life, often taking components with them.

cbrunnem is right, the cpu won't bottleneck a 780, but that power supply WON'T support a 780.

kahlo08, I hope you don't mind, but I changed the Best Answer to SR-71. He used fewer words to say the same thing. I just had a little time to expand upon it.

Don't give up on pre-builts; there are good reasons to get them. Re post on Tom's when considering one and someone will take a look at it and give some guidance.
Building one isn't all that hard, and can be fun; buying one takes the worry out of problems as they have a warranty.

I don't mind. I took your reply as the best solution because you answered about the cpu not bottlenecking the gpu. But like I said, I don't mind.
