I'm trying to set up a TV as a second monitor via HDMI, but I'm having some issues.
1. Whenever I set the TV refresh rate to 60Hz, after an extended period of time, it will revert back to its default 30Hz, interlaced.
2. The picture quality is a lot worse than my main monitor (VGA) with everything having a grainy look.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
