Hey guys I am a noob so take it easy on me please. I am building a gaming rig that hopefully will meet or exceeds expectations. Here is the hardware:

Case: cooler master haf series rcid tower
Processor: intel core i5 3570k ivy bridge 3.4 ghz
Motherboard: Asus p8z77-v lk
Video card: Evga GeForce GTX 670 FTW 2gb
Ram: G. Skill ripjaws x series 8gb
Sound card: encore emw232
Psu: corsair tx series 750tx 750w 12v
Hd: seagate barracuda 2tb 7200rpm 6.0gb/s
Ssd: Samsung 840 pro series 256gb
Network card: intel exp19301ct 10/100/1000 Mbps psi
Usb2 card: rosewell rcr ic002 74 in 1 internal card reader
Heat sink: cooler master hyper 212 evo rr-212e-20pk-r2
Drive: Samsung black sata DVD rom
Os: windows 7 home premium sp1 32 bit oem

So any suggestions, any swaps, and adds. Am I missing anything? Any advice would be great. Budget is at 1500. But the lesser the better. It's at 1300 right now. Gonna be in use for gaming. Thanks in advance!

Solution
There are some problems, and some suggestions:
1. You want windows 64 bit to be able to access > 4gb.
2. Make that 8gb a 2 x4gb kit. 1600 speed is fine.
3. All motherboards have decent 7.1 HD sound. Spend that money elsewhere.
4. The main advantage of the pro version of the ssd is endurance. A 840 pro will last perhaps 15 years under heavy desktop usage. A less expensive 840 will only last perhaps 10 years. But, by that time, either will be long obsolete.
I DO like the 240gb SSD. It will hold the OS and quite a number of games.
Perhaps you might want to defer on the hard drive, you can easily add one later if you need the space.
5. I might see if you can't budget for a stronger GTX770. The graphics card is the real...
heres how id do it
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1qQhl

-the haswell chips are newer and perform a bit better out of the box.
-better heatsink
-cheaper ram
-much better value for a SSD. the difference between them are unnoticeable in real life
-if you want 2tb, go ahead. otherwise 1tb is more than enough for most
-better video card
-way better case
-you dont need that much wattage for a single GPU.
-cheaper dvd drive
-you need 64bit windows
-motherboard has a intel nic already
-onboard sound is good enough for most
-you dont need a card reader unless you really want one

Get rid of the sound card, the mobo has integrated sound chip. Also Internet chip is also included.

And better get GTX 770 4GB version if u could afford it. This gfx is quite overkill. Also u could sport a 128GB SSD instead of 256GB for saving up more.

6. A GTX670 or GTX770 needs only a good 575w psu. Corsair TX is good, but you can safely go smaller.
7. No need for a network card, all motherboards will have lan included.

Sorry the Windows 7 32 bit is a terrible mistake, get 64-bit as other masters suggested.

But personally it's good to leave some space for high-end gfx. Don't be stingy on PSU. Plus 850W will help u get the way to SLI easier in the future or if u don't plan this, it would hep protect the whole rig's stability or go for 650W/750W PSU instead.

this build is priced around 1150.00.

Another question is liquid cooling the way to go?

-id change the board to a z77-v LK from asus. its built slightly better and does not include cheap d-pak mosfets that run pretty hot
-there are cheaper memory kits that are the same speed for much less. there are no benefits going corsair
-id rather get a sandisk ultra plus 256gb SSD. its cheaper per gb and it performs better and will last longer
-make sure you get the ACX. the other versions are a waste of time
-the xfx 750w gold is much better than the corsair in that it is full modular, more efficient, and quieter
-the arc midi r2 is both cheaper and built better. i see no reason to go with the storm enforcer when its a inferior case for more

Yeah just bought a motherboard today went with the asus z77. Now i want to get a gpu. Have it narrowed down to the 770 or the 780. But now im starting to take the 7990 amd into thought. It took a 350 dollar price cut and comes with 8 games. As a gamer on a slim budget but still wants to get the most performance i can what do you guys recommend. I want to get 60 fps average using one moniter on 1080p but with all settings maxed on games like gta 4 and 5, saints row 4, bf3, skyrim, diablo, minecraft ect. Now eventually im going to sli this rig so i can max out bf4 and possibly to a 3way monitor So with this is mind with what im going to be playing and at 1080 ultra settings at 60 fps avg and plan to sli later what should i get? If the 7990 is such a good deal why do people still go nvidea

The 7990 price dropped for a reason. The AMD dual gpu cards or crossfire graphics seem to have lagging or stuttering issues. It will take time to get that resolved.
If the price of a GTX780 can be managed, there is nothing better. Look for one with a stock titan cooler. They are quiet and keep your case cooler.

Next and probably final few questions. I got the asus z77-a lga 1155 intel mobo. Ive heard that these mobos have wifi built in. Now i want to do a wired connection, does the mobo have a port for this as well? or do need a newtwork card. Last question. Someone said get the gtx 780 with the titan cooler. Which one would you recommend. Whats the best 780 to get. I was looking at the EVGA 03G-P4-2781-KR GeForce GTX 780 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Video Card. But depending on the price when it releases i may just wait for the msi lightning 780.

the z77-a never had built in wifi. it was only avaliable on boards above the z77-v

there is a ethernet jack on a motherboard for a reason if you want to use wired.

the best 780 out there is the galaxy hall of fame edition gtx 780. that would run you 689.99 which at that point, id suggest taking a look at a 7990 which is 699.99 and comes with 8 games
