Fan's speed not showing up?

Yesterday I built my first gaming rig ever.

As a case I have the Chaser MK-1 from Thermaltake which includes 3 fans, the top and front fan are led fan's while the rear exhaust fan isn't.

I'm using AI Suite III and the only fan which shows its RPM is the rear fan which I plugged in the FAN_CHA3.

This fan was a 3-pin, while the other I don't know as they were connected in a different way as they weren't by theirselves.

And my Hyper Evo 212 spins around 500RPM, is that ok?

Solution
If the 2 other fans are connected to the case's fan controller, then the motherboard has no way of knowing how fast they spin (or of controlling them - that's handled by the fan controller).

500 RPM is technically a little low for the Hyper 212 Evo, but it's not a problem as long as the CPU is running cool.

thanks, that's what I had thought.

is there a way to increase the hyper evo's speed? at first when I turned on the computer it said CPU Fan Error, I had to decrease the minimum BIOS warning which was 600 RPM.
