Best CPU cooler for me?

I've had a really hard time trying to get a suitable after-market CPU cooler. Here are the problems I've faced:

-I am using Corsair Vengeance memory. A lot of the coolers' fans get in the way of a memory module due to the height of the Corsair Vengeance.

-The size of my case. I am using a CM Storm Scout case. Somewhat restricting my cpu cooler range

-Finally this is the most frustrating thing ever. My case has a backplate cut out for installing after-market coolers that require a backplate without removing the motherboard. But look at this photo of my case:

The metal case gets in the way of the far left holes. This is my Motherboard: P8Z68-V PRO

Removing the motherboard is not something I particularly want to do. Any suggestions on what cooler I could buy that fits them requirements. Or better yet, a way of inserting a back-plate desite them restrictions (If I could do this then I would go for the best water-cooler)

Thanks.

Thanks for the reply.

Maybe the Sonic the Hedgehog spikes on the Corsair Vengeance modules influranced my purchase but this was 1.5 years ago, so an after-market cooler fitting was really something I thought to be a problem.

I don't really want to spend more money on RAM when the ones I have work perfectly fine.

Yes I did look at WC it does look efficient just they all require backplates which puts me off slightly as it means removing my motherboard. So I thought if I could get an air-cooler than is just as/nealy as good as water-cooler then it would save me some hassle.

On the hyper212 series the fan is not ridgedly mounted, you can slide it up to clear ram. If you do that though I strongly suggest getting a second 120mm fan to install on the rear side and suck air out of the cooler while the front fan pushes air in

Yes the back side panel is removable (shown in picture) but the cut out is simply not big enough to reach the far right mounting holes. I've tried it with a mounting plate I borrowed from a friend and it wouldn't slide under with the screws inserted. So it's really frustrating.

Do you have a link to one on newegg or something? I searched it on Youtube and the one shown on linus tech tips had a backplate so I'm not sure if I found the correct one.

With your side case fans, your case still has a cooler clearance of 165mm. Without case fans, 185. That's about all the input I have, though; not sure how to fix the backplate conundrum; hopefully the room provide by the stand-offs allows for them to slip right in?
