I had AT&T DSL High Speed Internet, but just switched to TWC Internet. It came with the SBG6580 Modem. I can connect to my desktop fine wirelessly, but not through Ethernet. It was working fine literally 1 day before I got my new Internet. Why can't the SBG use my Cat5 Ethernet?

Can you connect other devices to the modem with the cable? Network printer or a different computer maybe.
