I am building a brand new PC in the upcoming weeks and I'd like to know, is there any PSU headroom for overclocking the CPU, GPU, or both?

i5 4670K
GTX 770 Lightning
MSI MPOWER
Corsair H100i
2 DIMMS DDR3
1 Hard Drive
1 DVD
4 fans
Corsair HX 650W

I realize there are tools online for things like this, but I'd like to hear a realistic answer instead of a bare minimum PSU calculation. Thanks!

You should be fine. Fans, HDDs, SSDs, and ram use very, very little power.

I run a OC'd 7950, i5 at 1.32V, 5 LED Fans, 2 normal fans, fan controller, H220 Pump and an SSD off a Corsair TX650 with no issues what so ever. You'll be surprised at how little power you'll use even Overclocked.

I'm glad to hear! I don't have too much experience with overclocking so this is good news.

You're certainly in the right place! I was lucky, or unlucky, depending on how you look at it. My motherboard (MSI Z77-G41) has incredibly limited OC options which made it easy to setup, but I don't have that fine tune control to truly perfect it. But I learned everything essentially by just reading through the forums.
