I patched my Windows 8 PC to enable custom themes and now my start menu tiles don't work except for Desktop and Internet Explorer. When I try to refresh, reset, troubleshoot, advance startup, etc. I get an error and my only option is to restart normally which doesn't fix anything. I googled the error code and it says to boot with the Windows 8 disk and reset your computer but I do not have the OS disk or a rescue/recovery disk. I have uninstalled the patch and my restore times don't go beyond the point my PC was patched. What are my options for resetting my PC back to normal?
