Hey everyone! So my friend asked me for help on choosing parts for his first Pc with a budget of about $600. He wants to do modeling/rendering with some gaming on the machine.

This is the build that I came up with: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1qWUS
but I am curious as to what you guys would suggest to help save money/increase performance. I have a keyboard that I am giving up so no need for that, but a mouse and monitor are required.

Thanks everyone!

It's almost the same as the build I suggested with a dodgey PSU/Case combo. I did forget to mention that I have a copy of Windows 7 so an OS isn't needed and perhaps that is why you had that case/PSU thing going on. But if you also suggest the same thing, perhaps this build is the best choice.
