I think this is going to be something that I will use for a while until it actually breaks down. It would be great if i had some opinions on this build thank you :)

Optical Drive: not sure if i really need one but if i do, i perfer a cheap one

Total cost with taxes and shipping:1406.91$ -power suppy and memory(192.07) Actual cost =1214.18$

Budget:1500 IF NEEDED

sidenote: the power supply and memory is something from my previous pc that i think can be fitted onto this one
second sidenote: I live in canada so prices may be different from newegg.com and .ca

Your RAM and PSU can be re-used for this build. edit: disregard the monitor, I don't know why its showing up.
 
Solution
You have a z77 motherboard but a locked processor that can't overclock.

You have a closed-loop cooler that's going to be less reliable, less cool, and much more of a pain than a cheaper air cooler.

Your choice of brands is, in my opinion, poor on the motherboard through the video card.
