I am running a Core 2 Duo E4300 (1.8 GHZ Dual Core) while bitmining on bitcoin plus, which use all CPU power that is not being used(maxing out CPU) I am getting around 54C while on full throttle is that an okay temp for my CPU? P.S its in the middle of summer

... you realize that you're probably spending WAY more money on electricity than you're generating in bitcoins by mining on an ancient, inefficient CPU, right?

I'm just throwing that out there. That being said, your temps are fine - high, but not too dangerous.

What are you using to measure the temperature? There are two different temperatures that you could be looking at: one is the temperature of the cores (there are actually 2 of these) and the other is roughly the temperature of the CPU package. I'd wager that you're looking at the latter if you're running full pelt in the middle of summer and only reaching 54C in an unairconditoned room (do you have aircon?). That or you keep the computer in a refrigerator.

I have to echo the above sentiment about the efficiency of what you're doing too. If you don't have at least an AMD GPU doing mining then you're just burning power.

My parents are paying the Electricity Bill, I Game about 12hrs a day anyway, so I am only adding about $10 a month to the bill (I have checked them) Also I have an Nvidia GT 610, could I use that to mine and it would be more efficient?
