What is bottle necking my system?

I have $200 to spend on the next part to upgrade.

My system is:
intel core i7 930 OC to 4 GHz
6GB of DDR3
ASUS P6T Motherboard
GTX 650 GPU

Don't tell me it's bad I just want to know the thing I need to buy next with the budget of $200 thanks :D

If you are a gamer, upgrade your graphics card to a GTX650Ti Boost Edition (you'll need to have a 380W Earthwatts or better). If your PSU is up to it (500W or higher, of similar quality), you might find a HD7870 under $200 now.
If you are not a gamer, a SSD would make a great upgrade.

The 650 will not yield very good framerates in those games at 1080p, even at low settings.

I would say pretty far, as the 930 is still a solid performer, especially with a nice OC like the one you have on it now. It could probably play nicely with something as powerful as a GTX 770.
