That depends on many factors.
Perhaps the most important, do you plan to overclock your processor?
Generally speaking, a good closed loop liquid cooler should perform about as good as a massive air cooler (E.g. Noctua NH-D14) and a custom loop can perform much better with low noise.
The Corsair H50 though is not one of the better closed loop coolers and I would expect the EVO 212 to be fairly similar in cooling performance to it; possibly with a bit more noise though.
