Hi, I recently purchased an i5 3570k and wanted some help with overclocking, specifically if my system can handle it. My power supply is connect to the case but its a 450W 80+ from Thermaltake. I also plan on upgrading to a 7850 and if I can OC, a hyper 212. Thanks in advance!

The OC genie makes overclocking very simple and fool proof. Just use that and you can't go wrong. It's going to keep everything on the safe side which most overclockers won't like but it should be fine for your purposes.
