i5 3570k
GTX 690/GTX 770 SLI (not sure)
8GB RAM
2TB HDD (might get a SSD as an upgrade

Looking for a cheap mobo, built in wireless wifi capabilities, 2 way sli, at least 2 RAM slots and a built in sound card

What do you class as low budget?
A motherboard with Wi-Fi and capable of 2way SLI with a decent sound card would be cheap...

That's probably about as high as I'll go for price, and do you know how well it'll go with OC'ing a 3770k to at least 4GhZ?

This motherboard has a Z77 Chipset therefore you should be able to reach about 4.6GHz atleast with a good aftermarket cooler like the Hyper 212 EVO or the Corsair H80i :)
