Installed GPU driver before MB driver. Is that okay?

Or should I reinstall my GPU drivers?

I feel dumb for not thinking about drivers, but I was just excited to have my own computer again and wanted to explore.

Computer: Parts installed by retail store (0/10. mutilated my back panel. would not do again.)

OS: Windows 8
GPU: EVGA
MB: ASUS

I installed the OS, then I updated some of the drivers (sound, because I couldn't hear audio, and others). It was quick and required no CD.

Then installed the GPU driver with a CD because I had video issues while watching the International 3.

I then read that chipset drivers come first, so I took out the CD and updated them.

So do I need to delete the GPU files and install again because of the motherboard update?

Any help is much appreciated.

It's fine I think, but it will not hurt anything to uninstall and reinstall the GPU drivers and see if that helps. I really don't see how that would affect anything, but maybe the GPU itself is defective. If the retail store damaged your computer on assembly I would take it back and tell them somethings wrong, and get them to replace it or fix it while it's still on warranty (who knows if they damaged anything on the inside).
