Monitor keyboard and mouse will not turn on?

So my computer randomly shut off while I was using it. When I tried to turn it on again my keyboard mouse and monitor would not turn on, yet my computer was on, all the leds and fans were spinning. I know it is not my motherboard though, or at least I do not think so because my headphones were also plugged in and they turned on. I also tried removing my RAM, still did not work. Could it be my PSU? My video card is not the problem either btw.

There maybe a little glitch with your PSU, if its still not running try this.
Open your cabinet and remove the ATX connector from your motherboard this one.
Then press the power button, it won't start, make sure all the switch are turned on when you press the power button and ATX is unplugged from motherboard.

Now turn off all switches and replug ATX connected in the board.
Now try turning it on again, it should turn on fine.
Let me know if it works or not.
