The GPU i'm gonna get is Dual GTX 780s (2 Way SLI GTX 780s),The Screen is gonna be 2560x1440 or 2560x1600,The Resolution I'm gonna be playing on a single monitor,Gonna be playing on 2560x1440 or 2560x1600 Resolution,Gonna be playing on ultra settings,And this is gaming wise. The games i'm gonna be playing are The Battlefield Series,Far Cry Series,Batman Trilogy,Grand Theft Auto Series,The Saints Row Series,The Mirror Edge Series,The Resident Evil Series,The Mass Effect Series,And Many Other Big AAA Games.Remember I'm gonna be playing on Ultra settings.s the AMD FX 9370 Overclocked to 5Ghz or 5.3Ghz Or is there a better CPU than that? Also i wanna get a CPU that is Capable of 5Ghz or 5.3Ghz and will last for maybe a couple of years. The Specifactions I'm looking for are A CPU that won't burn out when i overclock it to 5Ghz or 5.3Ghz,A CPU that will last with the 780s (Also I mean the ultra settings) for a couple of years,A CPU that will,And a CPU that won't burn out .Also my second Specifaction probably wasn't specific so let me explain it.I want a CPU that the Ultra settings will last with the Dual GTX 780s.If someone can help me that will be great.

Hi

It seems like you dont have a lack of money to spend on your gaming PC. So I would suggest going the Sandy-Bridge-E route. These CPU's offer a slightly more than the standard ivy-bridge/haswell CPU's, which are already better than any AMD alternative.

i will say this more CPU power you get for SLI gtx 780 the better, reason is that games such as battlefield 3 online and battlefield 4 online are extreamly CPU intensive and the CPU bottlenecks the Duel GPU cards, at moment my i5 2500k oc to 4.3ghz is gettting 50% gpu usage on both cards and then ramps up to like 70% 78% , i need new cooler to OC to 4.6ghz to try and remove most my bottleneck . so sandy bridge e is good choice if you want good setup, don't go AMD cpu

If you want to hit 5.0 GHz, the 8350 is only $180, and runs with any Intel i5/i7 and will hit, or come very close, to the mark you're looking at. Get a 990FX MB, and SLI your heart out.
