Strange occurrences. Help is appreciated.

Lately my computer has been doing something strange. I'm not sure I see a pattern, but every now and then, every program I have open will crash and they refuse to work if I try and reopen them without restarting my computer. I recently overclocked my CPU, but I'm not sure if that could be the issue. Help is very appreciated.

Overclocking the CPU is a possible cause. Did you run something like Prime95 to test the stability of your overclock? Try running it at your current clocks. If programs crash or become unstable, go back to stock clocks and try again. You can work your way up with overclock later when we find out your system is stable at stock.

EDIT: Strange occurrences = sounds like Paranormal sequel.
