Hey there guys! I'm looking to buy a gaming system that can play current gen games with ease, I have two systems in mind, one that's going to be build with all new parts and another one that I plan on building with different used and unused components (to lower the cost) so tell me what's worth building and what your suggestions are :)

First System (ALL NEW PARTS)
Motherboard:

Processor:

HDD:

RAM:

Graphics Card:
HIS HD 5570 2048MB - 128BIT - GDDR 3 - CORE CLOCK 650MHZ - MEMORY CLOCK
1000MHZ - PROCESS. 40nm - VGA - HDMI - DUAL-LINK DVI - (H557QC2G)

Second System (USED & UNUSED PARTS)
Motherboard:
Intel DH61WW LGA 1155 SOCKET-SUPPORT UP TO 16GB DDR3 1333/1066 MHZ DIMM-H61 CHIPSET- VGA-INTEL HIGH DEFINITION 6 CHANNEL AUDIO-GIGABIT LAN (NEW)
Processor:
INTEL CORE i5 2310 2.9GHZ 6MB CACHE (USED)
HDD:
Seagate 500GB 3.5" SATA HARD DRIVE 16MB CACHE (NEW)
RAM:
Kingston Memory 4GB DDR3 1600 BUS (11 MONTHS WARRANTY) (USED)
Graphics Card:
HIS HD 5570 2048MB - 128BIT - GDDR 3 - CORE CLOCK 650MHZ - MEMORY CLOCK
1000MHZ - PROCESS. 40nm - VGA - HDMI - DUAL-LINK DVI - (H557QC2G) (NEW)

Not taking into account the case and other utilities the 2nd package reduces my cost a good 10k but I'm not an expert in this stuff so I'd appreciate help :)
