A few days ago I did a malwarebytes full scan and it detected 5 objects that needed removed (2 skyrim files, 1 nexusmod file, and 2 registry keys). After removing them it prompted me to restart my system. Once the system was back on it wouldn't recognize the CPU, my audio system, and stated my internet status was "Unknown". It was also denying me access to some files. So after talking with a friend we decided to do a windows refresh (which states it doesn't delete any programs). Anyway, it ended up deleting about 300gb worth of games.
Since that problem I have had fps problems with games. The web browser even pauses and doesn't want to open things immediately, some files that used to open right away take about 30 seconds. I used to be able to maintain 60fps on RO2 and now I can barely keep it above 30. Sometimes the fps drops 40fps at a time.
I have the latest drivers installed, so it's not that. I'm using:
i5 3470
HD 7870 OC edition
Seasonic 620w psu
Thanks in advance
